Liz has worked extensively in the Launceston theatre community. She is a founding member of the Australian Musical Theatre Festival board and has also served on the board of Junction festival.
Chris is a well know theatre performer in Launceston and has applied his skills as an ocupational therapist to help the festival develop it's approach to accessibility. Chris joined the festival board in 2019.
Brianna is a chartered accountant and has been instrumental in setting up financial managment systems. She has been on the board since 2021.
Lee is a consultant with a focus on organisational capacity. He has recently led strategic planning and policy initiatives. He joined the board in 2024.
Clint is a lawyer who has worked with many arts organisations. He has helped guide the festival in updating documentation and contracts. He joined the board in 2024.
Stephanie is a consultant with a focus on strategic communications. She has served on other Tasmanian arts organisation boards and provides a strong voice in the festival developing engagement strategies. She joined the board in 2024.
Sam is a brand consultant who chairs the board Engagement Committee. He has provided extensive support to festival marketing and has been the festival Marketing Consultant in 2024. Sam first joined the board in 2023.
Mark is a Launceston businessmen and university lecturer. He chairs the Finance, Governance and Risk Committee. Mark joined the board in 2024 (the same year his son performed in the festival!)
Phillip is a consultant who specialises in risk managment. He has applied that expereince to help the festival reassess its risk management systems and lead the development of new policy. Phillip joined the festival in 2024.
Tyran is a director, singer, producer, and educator. He runs Clovelly Fox Productions and is the Head of the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) Musical Theatre Program. Tyran has led the Australian Musical Festival since 2021.
Jonathan is a producer and arts manager who has worked across a wide range of arts forms including opera, circus, theatre and festivals. He join the festival in 2023.
Katrine is an events professional working for many arts organisations across Tasmania, Australia and the Middle East. She is also the founder of Art Screen Events, born from her passion for alternative films and independent storytelling. Katrine has worked with the festival since 2023.
Chris Jackson is an experienced theatre practitioner and production manager. He is the Co-Founder/Co-Artistic Director of IO Performance.
Amanda Buckworth founded AB Publicity, a dynamic public relations agency specialising in the arts/entertainment industry in 1999. She has worked with a wide variety of high profile clients and has worked with the festival since 2023.
Gillian is a festival and event specialist who co-founded the festival in 2019. She has continued as a board member and mentor ever since. She also has extensive experience working to promote tourism in Tasmania.
